Questions

What does the app read?

Your store's products, orders, shipping, inventory and visit totals, and, if you connect them, Google Ads, Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Search Console and Klaviyo. Every field is listed in the privacy policy.

Can the app change my store?

No. It never changes your store, your ads or your product feed. It only reads.

How do I disconnect Google?

From the app's Connections page, or in your Google Account under third-party connections.

How do I disconnect Google Analytics, Search Console or Klaviyo?

From the app's Connections page.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall the app: Shopify tells the app about 48 hours later, and the app then deletes all of your store's data. Or email support@dgl.dev and ask.

How do I get a copy of my data?

Email support@dgl.dev.

How do I uninstall?

In your Shopify admin, open Settings, then Apps and sales channels, select DGL Commerce Optimizer and choose Uninstall.

Is it on the Shopify App Store?

DGL Commerce Optimizer is not on the Shopify App Store yet.
