These terms cover your use of DGL Commerce Optimizer ("the app") and this website. The app is provided by Digital Galactica Labs, LLC ("DGL", "we"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

The service

The app reads data from your Shopify store and from the services you choose to connect, and shows you reports and suggestions about your business. It only reads: it never changes your store, your ads or your product feed. Its suggestions are information to help you decide; what you do with them is your decision.

Your store and connections

You install the app from Shopify and may connect other accounts, such as Google. You must be allowed to give the app access to the store and accounts you connect, and you are responsible for who in your business can use the app. You can uninstall the app at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app against the law or against the terms of the services you connect, try to get around its limits or security, reverse engineer it, or overload it.

Your data

Your store's data stays yours. How the app reads, uses, keeps and deletes it is set out in the privacy policy.

Other services

Shopify, Google and Klaviyo are separate services with their own terms. Shopify, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center and Klaviyo are trademarks of their owners. Digital Galactica Labs is not affiliated with them.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". Its figures come from the data your services provide and may be incomplete or wrong; amounts marked as estimates are estimates. As far as the law allows, DGL gives no warranties, express or implied.

Liability

As far as the law allows, DGL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the app. [Liability cap: to be set]

Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app; your data is then deleted as the privacy policy says. DGL may suspend access that breaks these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date.
